Cover crop1 and autonomous mower; Cover crop2 and autonomous mower; Spontaneuos weed cover and autonomous mower;
evaluation of an autonomous mower potential managing a vineyard floor in terms of CC and weed control effects
Description of Reference System
Weed conventional management herbicides and mowing (tractor mounted PTO driven mulcher)
Four management systems consisted of: cover crop 1 autonomously mowed (hereafter referred to as CC1-AM), cover crop 2 autonomously mowed (CC2-AM), spontaneous cover autonomously mowed (SC-AM) and spontaneous cover conventionally managed (SC-CM). Four replicates for a total of 16 experimental plots of 12 × 2.5 m (30 m2) were provided for this study.
