Description of Tested Tactic
We used the data on glyphosate treatments in two ways to understand two aspects of GBH use, first we categorized fields into those with an application of GBH before sowing and those without. This aspect is summarized in the variable “GBHtreated” with the levels “with” and “without” respectively. The second aspect is the intensity of the GBH treatment, which was quantified as TFIGBH. We calculated the total herbicide intensity of each field (TFItot).
